Your customers can mix languages mid-conversation — the AI adapts automatically.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. There are no lock-in contracts — you can cancel any time.

Sign up with just your email — no credit card required. You get full access to the Pro plan features for 14 days. At the end of the trial, choose a plan to continue or your account pauses (data is retained for 30 days). If you add a payment method during the trial, billing starts after day 14.

A conversation is a single continuous chat thread with one customer. It can include multiple messages back and forth — a 20-message exchange counts as one conversation. The counter resets each billing month. If you exceed your plan limit, additional conversations are charged at ₹2 per conversation (Starter) or ₹1 per conversation (Pro).
